Members
By contrast with most non-profit associations, the Studienstiftung only has a few members. It is not possible to apply for membership. Selected leading figures are invited to become members by the Board and membership is then conferred by the Studienstiftung’s Board of Trustees in accordance with the statutes.
Usually, members are invited to attend an assembly once a year, as a rule together with the Board of Trustees.
The current Members of the Studienstiftung are:

- Prof. Dr. Ursula Lehmkuhl, Erfurt
- Prof. Manfred Trojahn, Düsseldorf
- Prof. Dr. Christiane Wendehorst, Wien
